Women’s National Soccer Team striker Choi Yuri injured…replaced by Jung Seol-bin
Colleen Bell’s women’s national soccer team has withdrawn forward Choi Yuri from its roster for the Paris Olympic qualifiers due to injury.
“Choi Yuri has suffered a hamstring tear and has been replaced by Jung Seol-bin,” the Korea Football Association (KFA) announced today (Nov. 23).
Jung will join the national team directly from the airport today.
The women’s team began training at the National Training Center (NFC) in Paju on the 16th and will depart for China this afternoon.온라인카지노
The qualifiers for the Paris Olympics will consist of 12 teams divided into three groups of four.
South Korea will face Thailand on Oct. 26, North Korea on Oct. 29, and China on Nov. 1.
The top two teams from each group, plus one team from each group with the best record, will advance to the quarterfinals, with the two finalists advancing to the Olympics.
South Korean women’s soccer has yet to qualify for the Olympic Games.
