Park Do-gyu won the 28th Korea Senior Open Golf Championship (total prize money of 100 million won), the country’s most prestigious senior national title open, in a two-way playoff with last year’s winner, Kim Jong-duk.

Park, who was known for his “claw grip” during his time on the Korean Tour, shot a 9-under-par 207 in the third round of the tournament at Tamius Golf and Village (Par 72, 6,091 meters) in Aewol, Jeju Island, Jeju Province, on Wednesday to force overtime.먹튀검증

In the first playoff on the 18th hole, both players made par to send the match to a second playoff. In the second overtime, Kim Jong-duk missed his second shot, a downhill slope shot with his left foot, in the penalty area, while Park Do-gyu made it to the green to win the trophy and a prize of 15 million won.

“I wanted to win the Korean Senior Open more than any other tournament,” Park said after his victory, “and I am grateful to my wife for coming to the tournament to cheer me on, and to the organizers, the Korea Golf Association, and Tamius Golf and Village for providing good course conditions.”

The tournament was founded in 1996 and this year attracted a total of 112 professionals and amateurs. The senior event is open to players aged 50 and over.
